Fletcher Whitwell

Fletcher is the chief architect of R&R Partners’ diversely talented teams in media, measurement and insights, which extend across the company’s nine offices. In this role, he oversees the creation of smart, effective media plans, including sponsorships and promotional partnerships that optimize client expenditures and produce measurable ROI. He also serves as one of the agency’s Group Managing Directors helping lead strategic planning for the brand teams and clients across the Las Vegas, Salt Lake City, Denver and Washington DC offices. 

Fletcher has overseen integrated partnerships for the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority and all of R&R’s clients, with such media outlets as Sports Illustrated, Jimmy Kimmel Live, ESPN, E!, Bon Appétit, Google and CBS radio. His work has earned R&R and our clients such prestigious national awards as Adweek Buzz, Mediaweek Plan of the Year, Internet Advertising Award, Digiday Sammy Award, and Travel Weekly Magellan Award. In 2015, he was named to Vegas Inc.’s Top 40 Under 40 list and Distinguished Men of Nevada, and he served as a judge for the IAB Mixx Digital Awards. He is also a founding member of R&R Partners’ anti-bullying initiative Flip the Script; and he served as a panelist for CEMA, AAF and PRSA.

Before joining R&R, Fletcher served as associate media director at Starcom in Chicago, where he worked on key clients including Miller, Canon, Philip Morris, Kellogg, Sara Lee, Showtime, Heinz, Nintendo, Discover and Walgreens, among others.

A native of Oxford, Mississippi, Fletcher earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism and business from the University of Mississippi, where he also has been inducted into the University’s Hall of Fame. An accomplished tennis player, he is also committed “off the court” to giving back to the R&R Foundation, Human Rights Campaign and Spread the Word Nevada.
