Hot Chelle Rae’s lead singer Ryan Follese performs during a private concert at Southwest Career and Technical Academy, 7050 W. Shelbourne Ave., Nov. 21. The show was the school’s reward for winning the KLUC Flip the Script School Takeover Contest, which was won by pledging a large commitment to combat bullying. The Nashville, Tenn.-based band was recently named Favorite New Artist at the 2011 American Music Awards.
